- Experience: 4–6 years

- Experience Required: Structural & finishing works
- Project Experience: Residential project experience is mandatory
2. Senior Quality Engineer
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Experience Required: Structural & finishing works

3. Quality Manager
- Experience: 12+ years
- Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Experience Required: Structural & finishing works

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for quality-related activities across structural and finishing works, including:
- Conduct and maintain records of concrete, cube, soil, waterproofing and other required tests.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes and applicable standards.
- Handle quality requirements related to structural and finishing works.
- Coordinate quality inspections and ensure required documentation is maintained.
