Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Manage and support IT infrastructure including End User Services (EUS), LAN, WLAN, Voice Networks, WAN connectivity, servers, storage, backup infrastructure and collaboration infrastructure including audio-video conferencing facilities.
- Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of IT systems and services.
- Monitor infrastructure health and coordinate proactive maintenance and modernization initiatives.
- Manage server room infrastructure and associated technology assets.

IT Service Management
- Apply ITIL framework principles for effective IT service delivery.
