Open Positions
1. Project Manager
- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, safety and project timelines.
- Handle overall project execution.
- Mivan experience is mandatory.
2. Senior Engineer
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure drawings and specifications are properly followed.
- Coordinate with site teams.
- Maintain construction quality and project progress.
3. Safety Engineer
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Identify site hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Storekeeper
- Manage construction material receiving, storage and inventory.
- Handle material issuing and records.
- Ensure proper material control and availability at site.
5. Foreman – Carpenter / Fitter
- Lead Carpenter/Fitter teams at site.
- Allocate daily work and supervise execution.
- Check workmanship and coordinate activities with engineers and other trades.
6. Surveyor
- Conduct site surveying and setting out.
- Perform level and alignment checks.
- Maintain accurate survey records.
- Work with Total Station, Auto Level and GPS.

Goregaon East, Mumbai
