- Additional Qualification: M.Tech in Highway / Transportation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of overall experience in Highway Projects
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Specialist
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering
- Additional Qualification: PG in Management / Certificate Course in Construction Management or Contract Management
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of overall experience
