Role Description
The Senior Engineer – Civil will be responsible for planning, design coordination, BOQ preparation, execution and monitoring of industrial construction and CAPEX projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute civil and infrastructure CAPEX projects.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, specifications, drawings and rate analysis.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, PEB and MEP designs.
- Manage contractors, consultants, procurement, quality, safety and project schedules.
- Monitor project cost, progress, quality and timelines.
- Verify JMR, RA Bills, final bills and quantity variations.
- Support plant expansion, renovation, PEB, RCC, flooring, roads, drainage and external development works.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in industrial construction and CAPEX management.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, tendering, cost control, drawings and project execution.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
